Postage
Postage for all items is a flat rate of £3.00, and free if you spend over £25.00. There is free delivery within Selsey, please contact me before purchase, and I can send an invoice with no postage.
Posting outside the uk
I can post items overseas, please get in touch with me at Seal Island Homewares and we can source the appropriate shipping method.
Returns/damaged in transit items
I want you to be happy every time you shop with Seal Island Homewares, but realise that on occasion you may want to return item/s. Please Contact me for assistance should you wish to return an item. This is limited to stock items and does not include custom orders, though I will try to rectify any problems you have with custom orders.
Returns will be honoured any time within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Returns method for unwanted items:
I ask that you return the items unused, with any original packaging intact,
and obtain proof of postage.
I cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach me so retain your proof of postage until my email confirming your refund has been processed.
If your item is damaged upon arriving, it will not always necessitate a return, please take a photograph of the damage,do not dispose of the damaged item until you have contacted us and we have instructed you to do so in writing.
Custom orders
I am happy to discuss any custom orders you would like to place.
Products
While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens.
Availability
All items shown on our website are in stock . On occasion due to an administrative error, some items may be out of stock, therefore all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible by email if the goods you have ordered are not available. If an item does go out of stock it may delay shipping by 3-5 days and If this is the case we will email you, you will then have an option to wait or amend your order.
